At Paper Knife Co., we take pride in the quality of our products. This policy outlines when returns, refunds, or replacements are available and explains your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
The item is returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
The item is not marked as final sale or clearance
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you if your return has been approved.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original purchase (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:
Is faulty or defective
Is significantly different from its description
Is unsafe or not fit for its intended purpose
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Where a fault is confirmed, Paper Knife Co. will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty under Australian Consumer Law:
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
