At Paper Knife Co, all of our products are made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality. Because of this, production and shipping times may vary depending on the item purchased.

Made to Order

Our products are produced by trusted third-party fulfilment partners, including Printify. Each item is created especially for you after your order is placed.

Please note that production times apply before shipping begins.

Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product and fulfilment partner.

Estimated production times:

  • Apparel: typically 2 -7 business days

  • Stickers & accessories: typically 2 - 7 business days

(Production times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.)

Once your order has completed production, it will be dispatched and shipping timeframes will then apply.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on:

  • Your location

  • The fulfilment partner producing your item

  • Postal carrier delays outside our control

Estimated shipping times:

  • Australia: 3 - 7 business days

  • International: 7 - 10 business days

Multiple Shipments

Some items are produced at different facilities.

If your order includes clothing along with stickers or accessories, these items may be produced by different fulfilment partners and shipped separately. This means:

  • You may receive multiple parcels

  • Items may arrive at different times

  • Each shipment may have its own tracking information

Don’t worry — you’ll receive everything you ordered, just not always in the same box.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, tracking details will be sent separately for each shipment.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated production and delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Supply chain issues

  • Postal or courier delays

  • Public holidays

Paper Knife Co. is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but if something feels off, contact us and we’ll help where we can.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Paper Knife Co. is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
